She enjoys spending time outside and especially loves a good game of chase in the yard. Zadie would do well in a patient home that will give her a little time to settle in and then shower her with the love and attention she deserves.Zadie loves other dogs and is quick to approach them, often inviting them to play. She’s currently fostered with another dog and enjoys playing chase in the yard with him, so she would likely do well either with a canine sibling or as the only dog. Zadie is best suited for a home without cats. She has spent time around young teenagers and loved the attention from them, so her gentle nature will likely do well with children in the home. Zadie also loves the snow and gets the zoomies! After playtime, she’s happy to come inside, curl up on her bed, and enjoy a bone while she relaxes. When the weather is warm, she also enjoys napping on the grass in the sunshine.Zadie is an eager learner and continues to make great progress. She is mostly house trained and has had only one accident since arriving at her foster home, continuing to improve with a consistent schedule and routine. She does well when crated or left alone, settling quietly, day or night. Zadie is also learning her leash manners and will continue building confidence with each walk. This affectionate, soft-hearted pup is sure to steal your heart. Could she be the one for you? Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line.
