Name:   Eclipse        Best Guess for Breed:   Chi and Terrier mix   Best Guess for Age:   5 years as of February 2026       SEX:    Female   Approximate Weight:   29 lbs as of February 2026 - needs to lose some.   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! Eclipse lives with cats in her foster home and pretty much leaves them be. We would caution Eclipse going to a home with young kids because she can be overwhelmed by lots of noise and activity.    Currently Living at:   South Carolina shelter - Eclipse needs a foster or adopter to make her way to the DC area   Eclipse is Looking For:    This beautiful black-and-white chi/terrier mix is as striking as her name suggests. Eclipse is a petite little lady with an expressive face and a look that will absolutely steal your heart. Her bright eyes make her stand out in any crowd — but it’s her gentle presence that really makes her special. Eclipse is at that wonderful age where she’s eager to settle into a home of her own and share life’s everyday moments with her people. Whether it’s relaxing nearby, joining you for daily routines, or simply being your steady little shadow, she’s happiest being part of the action.  What My Foster Says About Me:   Coming soon!
