Peep *adoption pending

2/27/26 Introducing our "Sweets" Don't let the sugar crash take you out before you get a taste of Peep! She is our eighth and final puppy in the Sweets litter. The grand finale! If I had favorites, Peep would be it. She is SO PRECIOUS! Just like the marshmallow center of a Peep, she is soft and squishy and full of goodness. Unlike her siblings, this little girl doesn't have a shy bone in her body. She instantly loves everyone she meets and she is all about snuggles and cuddles. She is the smallest of the litter and will probably be closer to her mama's size. I would guess her adult size to be around 40 lbs. This little litter was born to a stray who took up residence in someone's garage to try to keep her babies safe. Mom is a black lab (maybe mixed with Weimeraner?). She is very shy and timid. We brought mom and babies into rescue when babies were about 3-4 weeks old. They are now about 6-7 weeks old. These babies are so beautiful and sweet! They are not crazy energetic puppies. They are more on the chill side. They are observers, opting to sit back and check things out before diving in to new situations. I think this demonstrates intelligence on their part. They do love to play, but they also love to be picked up and held like the babies they are. We believe they will be large dogs once grown. Mom is only about 40 lbs but based on current size, we think the puppies will be bigger than her. We don't know what they are mixed with, and it is likely there are several different "candy makers" in this batch! We are getting the puppies spayed/neutered, UTD on age appropriate vaccine, started on flea/tick and heartworm prevention and microchipped.  These puppies are located in Arkansas. They can be adopted locally, but transport is available to the New England area as well. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them in PA, NY, or CT on Saturdays.
