Pepper

This cat is part of our shelter outreach program where we take pets from overcrowded shelters in hopes of finding them a forever home here! We generally do not have much background info on them. They are all up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped.  FIV/Felv negative.  Meet Pepper  This beautiful 7-year-old black and white sweetheart is our newest resident. Pepper’s family was moving to an apartment and sadly couldn’t bring her along. After seven years in a home, that’s a big change for a kitty, but Pepper is settling in and ready to find her next chapter. Pepper has lived with kids and is a sweet, affectionate girl who enjoys being pet and doesn’t mind being held. She’s quite active and enjoys being around her people. Pepper previously lived as an indoor/outdoor cat, but we want something safer and more secure for her future. The world outside can be so dangerous — wildlife, cars, fleas, illness — and she deserves the comfort and protection of an indoor-only life. Her new family will need to be mindful about doors and committed to keeping her safely inside. At this time we are unsure how Pepper feels about other animals. If you’re looking for a loving companion and can offer Pepper a safe, forever home, she would love to meet you.
