Meet Hopper!  This 10 month old shepherd lab mix boy is as cute as they come! He received his name as he has the cutest runs and hops. One of his front legs is shorter than his other due to a birth defect. However, he has use of all legs and paws, is able to hold his bones, can do stairs, and is not in pain.
