Has done well with other dogs at the shelter Has done well meeting kids  No known experience with cats Lydia is a small-framed gal with a friendly, fun-loving personality. She enjoys going for walks and does very nicely on leash, happily trotting along by your side. Lydia is also dog friendly and has shown she enjoys the company of other pups. She doesn’t mind being picked up and is perfectly content sitting on your lap or staying close to her people. When it’s time to relax, Lydia loves curling up like a little cat in a cozy bed for a peaceful nap. With her sweet nature and easygoing charm, she makes a wonderful companion.  The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
