This cute guy with his all white fur will blend right in with the Syracuse snow…and he’s sure to just as easily blend right in with your family too! Bingo was recently surrendered to the Syracuse City Police. Thankfully the future is looking brighter for this young pup. He’s quite shy, but that doesn’t stop him from army crawling into your lap and giving you kisses! He loves to meet new people and is good with other dogs.
