When she first wandered onto a kind family’s property, she was heartbreakingly thin — just a shadow of the dog she should’ve been. Those sweet people tried finding her owner, but no one came forward. So they kept her safe, loved her, and helped her put on a little weight until we had room to take her in.Now, Rosebud waits quietly in her kennel, hoping someone will finally see her. She has the softest eyes, with just a hint of gray starting to show around them — the kind that seem to say “thank you” for every gentle word and kind touch. She’s calm, gentle, and always polite in playgroups, never one to cause a fuss.
