Nelly Foster or Adopter needed

Nelly appeared on a Good Samaritan’s porch in Philly, looking to get inside. She was definitely having a hard time on the streets as an abandoned pet. Nelly has been spayed, microchipped, given vaccines and FIV/FELV negative. Her estimated DOB is 4/1/25. We don’t know what may have happened while Nelly was trying to survive on the streets, but she appears to be very stressed if other cats are nearby.
