Duke

Duke is a soft coated wheaten terrier puppy, born 10/10/25.  He has puppy papers to be registered with APRI (America's Pet Registry Inc.)  He was born in a commercial kennel, then consigned to a dog breeder auction as part of a complete kennel dispersal.  He was being sold as a potential stud dog, but instead he was purchased into rescue so he can be a valued family member rather than spending his life in a breeder's pen. He is a VERY shy puppy and will need an experienced, patient adopter who can teach him that hands don't hurt and tummy rubs are nice.  His basic disposition is sweet but he knows absolutely nothing about being a pet. He has been microchipped, vaccinated and wormed with Nexgard Plus for intestinal worms, flea & tick prevention and heartworm prevention. Because he is too young to neuter, he will be placed with a neuter contract.  When proof of surgery is received, adopter will be mailed a rebate check for $50.00 His adoption fee is $350.00 If you would like to adopt Duke, email me at thistle88@centurytel.net and request an application.
