Raya

Raya is a little on the shy side but she is starting to come out of her shell.  She is a petite little girl who really wants to find the person to love her and give her a forever home.  She is usually found on the high catwalk toward the back of General Population but she loves to step forward and smell the hand of anyone willing to meet her.  Give her a shot!  You won't regret it!
