He's partnered with a lovely racing survivor named Jessie.Cooper & his ex-wife Moo came into Palomacy after their person lost their housing. They were a devoted couple until Moo had some health problems, spent some time at the hospital, and then, while she was in medical foster care, fell in love with fancy man Apollo!
