Cash – Resilient, Social, and Full of Personality Cash is a pit mix with an incredible spirit. Originally from Tennessee, he survived being struck by a vehicle, which resulted in the amputation of his back right leg up to the femur. Despite that setback, Cash has adapted impressively and moves around very well on three legs. Cash is a social dog who has done well in group play with multiple dogs and has solid dog-to-dog skills. He may be a little standoffish with unaltered males, but overall integrates nicely in structured play settings. He also responds well to verbal redirection and guidance. One of Cash’s most entertaining traits is that he’s quite the talker! He loves to vocalize and “chat,” often expressing himself like a husky would. Cash loves toys—especially stuffed ones—and enjoys carrying them around proudly or playing fetch. Even when excitement rises around toys, he responds well when redirected. Overall, Cash is an interactive, resilient dog who would thrive in a home that can provide structure and continue reinforcing good habits. His adaptability, personality, and playful nature make him a truly special companion. Our Adoption fees for all animals cover required vetting: which includes, Rabies, Distemper Vaccine Series, Bordetella, Deworming, Heartworm Test as age appropriate, Spay or Neuter and Microchip and registration.
