Lambeau (Budgie 1)

Hi, I'm Lambeau! I came with a whole group from the SF Animal Care and Control Center. We made quite a handful! Our owner passed away, and we were covered. The EMT's didn't even know there were birds in the house! We had to be treated for an infection after eating dirty food and drinking dirty water during our ordeal before we were found. Now we are happy and healthy, and extremely happy to be cared for. We aren't startled by people and are responding well to our foster parent. I have even found a bird companion in my new friend Calliope in our foster home. My foster parent reports that I am overweight and that puts a heavy workload on my heart. I am very low-energy and am often puffed up resting on my belly. I may require some extra care and attention. I currently am on a diet that moves around in the cage to try to get me some exercise.
