My Story
Meet Kiwi (GA) — The Social Butterfly With a Heart of GoldIf joy came in dog form, it would look a whole lot like Kiwi. This gorgeous 3yearold spayed, female Hound mix has never met a stranger — truly. She LOVES everyone she meets, greeting the world with an open heart and a happily wagging tail. Life is one big friendship opportunity in Kiwi’s book. Kiwi gets along beautifully with other dogs and is always up for a good walk. She met a cat once a while back and did just fine, so with proper introductions she could likely coexist with a feline friend. Her playful side shines brightest when there’s a ball or frisbee involved — she can fetch for hours and will proudly show off her athletic streak. When it comes to treats, Kiwi is a veggie girl at heart. Carrots are her absolute favorite, but she’s happy to crunch on other healthy snacks too. She’s not fussy — just feed her the good stuff and she’s thrilled. This 65pound sweetheart is a talker in the most endearing way, chiming in when she wants something or simply wants to be part of the conversation. And cuddling? Kiwi was built for it. She melts right into you like she’s been waiting her whole life for that moment. Kiwi is housebroken and crate-trained. Kiwi is ready to bring joy, laughter, and endless affection to her forever family.
