Petey

Hi, I'm Petey! I was rescued out of a bad situation 20 years ago and my new owner kept me for all that time and helped me learn to trust people again. I was very sweet with him and he did his best to take care of me. Now his health isn't so great, I need a new home that can handle a whole lot of cockatoo.

My owner was a man, and I really like men, but women don't interest me and I don't want to step up for them. I really need a guy to take care of me and give me a new forever home

I was on a pretty high fat diet of seed mix for many years, but I'm now eating a mix of pellets and large Lafeber Nutri-an cakes to see if we can get my weight down a bit.

I'm a real attention seeker! I'd do best in a home where I can be the only and therefore most important bird all of the time. I need to be supervised when I am out as I like to climb down off my cage and go exploring.

I'm a big talker - I say 'hello' and 'hi Petey!' a lot. I can teach you to say "I love you Petey!" :)
