Pepper is a great dog who is beyond ready for his own family. Cats, dogs, people, it does not matter to Pepper as long as he has you! He likes to take it slow and easy at first and was a saved from a shelter in New Mexico and brought to the safety of a foster home in Phoenix Arizona.
